Carboidrati is a concept for a new culinary Street Food Spot inspired by the Panzerotto, a savory turnover that originated in Central and Southern Italian cuisine.The goal was to build a minimalistic, modern and clearly visible identity which could represent at its best the typical Italian mood. The result combines a clear and a welcoming communication, all spiced up by a joyful taste.

The symbol has been designed keeping in mind the concept of food as a moment to be carefree. The result is a clean and minimal shape made of three elements: the silhouette of the Panzerotto, a hidden happy face, and the letter C‚ initial of the brand name.

It was essential to make the brand communication clear and welcoming, according to the brand values: quality, contemporaneity, joyfulness, and friendliness. This brand brings together fast food with the genuineness of Italian culture.
