Hybrid is a concept that takes its cue from current needs related to a society where productivity is increasingly prevalent and diseases caused by stress are on the rise, hence the need for a new solution for professionals. The goal is to create an "island of peace" where you can rediscover your own space but, at the same time, without precluding the possibility of quick access to your work, proposing itself as a hybrid space that encompasses the best of both worlds.".

Hybrid combines in its structure an area used as a personal oasis where contacts with the outside world are canceled and another part where the spaces and equipment needed by today's professional world are offered.

The area used for relaxation (break) includes a first anteroom, inspired by the materials of Zen gardens, which will allow customers to reach their personal introspective rooms where they will be able to disconnect from the dense network of the outside world.

After having regenerated their psychophysical energies, the customer then has the opportunity to access "the productivity area" (work), thus maximizing their time.
